1) Will we be able to import to your system Transaction, store credit, gift cards (If David is able to do all)? *
Yes, except gift cards.
2) Will your servers be able to handle the extra work load it may cause with people moving over to you? Please answer with depth.. Not just Yes, or no *
Yes. We can say this confidently because we currently service 60-70% of all in-world vendor transactions, and we maintain at least 100% spare capacity. We've got you covered.
3) Will it be a smooth transfer over, and if not would you be able to look into making it more smooth? *
We're doing everything we can to make it as smooth as possible for everyone. Of course, it's a different system and different environment, so we anticipate that some merchants may find things that don't quite work the way they're used to - but we'll be on hand to support anyone who needs help.
4) What kind of specs/features does your system come with for example, does it come with gift cards, promo codes, store credit options and so on? *
Gift cards, global discount / store credit, group discount, general discount, rezzing vendors, affiliate vendors, wish lists, gifting, gift boxing, multi-vendors, quantity vendors, lucky chairs, MM boards, dedicated texture vendors, gachas, ban lists, marketplace integration, seamless bot integration (group invites), bot delivery, duplicate purchase detection, global redeliveries, online detection for gift deliveries, full transaction tracking, no-copy/limited quantity support, webhooks, sales statistics and charts, manual delivery from website, and so much more...
5) What can we do for VIP/group members as far as gifts and credit are concerned, are we able to give them more discounts compared to the general customers? and what extra perks can they get? *
We've just launched an expansion pack called "EasyVend", designed as a drop-in replacement for E2V scripts which supports all of the same options, including group store credit rewards. We also support group discounts in the main system.
6) If your system is sluggish would there be updates to make it run smoother? Please answer with depth.. Not just Yes, or no *
CasperVend is ran behind the scenes by 8 powerful servers. We've constantly invested in our infrastructure to ensure that we can offer the fastest possible service, and will continue to do so.
7) What sort of vendor set up do you have? (Web set up, inworld set up) *
Mainly web-based, however, we've launched EasyVend, a drop-in replacement for E2V scripts to allow E2V customers to maintain the same workflow.
8) How are your product sales shown, please show the graphs/snap shots here: *

9) When there is an issue, are you prompt (Fast) to get this sorted? (Customer services) *
Most issues are dealt with very quickly. In the event of a more complex issue which requires work at our end, it can take longer, but we will deal with any issue as quickly as we can. In the event of an emergency, there is a "panic button" on the CasperVend main page which pages us.
10) When putting items into your system, do they need to be boxed or can they also be unboxed (Foldered)? *
Boxed, though the EasyVend expansion supports folder delivery.
11) When using your system, are we able to use our own mesh/prims to put your scripts in like, vendors, redlievery systems? *
You can use your own prims, yes.
12) Will there be any manager rights? So you can add a manager or two to the system? *
We don't currently have manager support, but we're working on it.
13) Will there be split options to be able to split certain items, to certain people? *
We support an unlimited number of profit splits, both at a product and vendor level.
14) Are you working on any update at the moment? If so what are you updating? *
We're constantly developing our platform. Top of our priority list at the moment is our new control panel, which will bring support for managers.
15) Does your system include gacha scripts? if not is there another pack of yours with gacha scripts in that we could buy if we wanted too (Also add in what they would include of, common, rares ultra) *
It's included in the "fat pack", or a separate purchase. It supports an unlimited number of "rarity" levels through a ticket-in-hat based system.
16) What are your prices for your systems? (Include subscription fees if any or if there will be any in the future) *
Free commission version (5% commission). 1995 for CasperVend premium, with 0% commission (2% for affiliates). 2995 for the CasperVend Fat Pack which includes our many expansion packs.

18) Could you pay part credit/Part payment on normal purchases and gift purchases? Or can you top up your credit to do this? If not would this be in future plans to be able to do so? *
We don't currently support part payment with store credit. It's in the pipeline for the future.
19) Is you system compliant with GDPR? https://www.eugdpr.org/ *
Yes. We've had our internal procedures and security practices audited for compliance. In addition to this, we're adding new tools to allow our merchants to also meet the requirements of the GDPR, including data export tools for ALL users (not just our customers).
20) What is your review stat at right now, from your customers? (NOT YOUR REVIEW) *
21) Are your servers reliable, as in maintained and running? *

22) Can you search for product to find out how much that one products makes? *
Yes, with full sales information and charts.

24) When your system goes offline for updates or maintance, does it take long to come up, or is it fairly quick and reliable? *
We don't go offline for updates. We have 100% failover coverage, so when we need to do maintenance, we can take servers down without impacting service.
25) Is there 24 hours customer services for example, if there was an emergency with a vendor system by ##designer you would be able to help fix the issue quickly/straight away? *
We don't guarantee 24 hour customer service for regular tickets/issues. However, in the event of an emergency, we have a "panic button" on the Overview page which causes me to get paged. Expect to get shouted at if you use this and it's not an emergency, though :P
