Yes, we just migrated to a new dedicated server a week ago.

Yes it will be, we offer free import service

Giftcards, storecredit, split pays, statistics, graphs, affiliates, etc
5) What can we do for VIP/group members as far as gifts and credit are concerned, are we able to give them more discounts compared to the general customers? and what extra perks can they get? *

A new website will be released in may modern and easy to use and also will complain with the GDPR.

Yes, we are fast (inworld group, in-world customer service, ticket system, e-mail and now on Discord :-)

Yes, can customize vendors and redelivery

Not now but we are working on it.

Just splitpays, partners options are in development.
14) Are you working on any update at the moment? If so what are you updating? *
Website will be totally new (will be released on may), also working on a big update to the system (expect to release in September).
15) Does your system include gacha scripts? if not is there another pack of yours with gacha scripts in that we could buy if we wanted too (Also add in what they would include of, common, rares ultra) *
